Hugging Baby

Background, Tatiana does not like to walk in the dark.  When we don't want her to go somewhere we turn off the light.  The bedtime routine is, I put her in PJ's.  Then I hand her to Scotland in the Mancave/Playroom.  One of us makes sure she has her nighttime bottle that has whipping cream in it.
During the Mancave time, I stay in the bedroom.  If I open the door at just the wrong time I can delay her going to bed because she sees me and gets all excited.
Last night, she was in the mancave with daddy, and I really really had to use the restroom, only I didn't have any toilet paper.  So, I left the bedroom, but I didn't turn lights on.  Scotland said she was snuggled in his lap with a book when she saw me.  She tossed the book, and wiggled out of his lap.
She walked down the dark hallway, and into the even darker bathroom!  I scooped her up and put her in my lap.  She is such a good hugging baby."
