Then she was ready to go to next house.
While we were on the phone = Tatiana offered us  one of her Three Musketeers bars.
That was so cute!

Susie wrote:

" Tatiana doesn't like me to leave in the morning.  She does her normal wakeup about 6:30am.   I used to be able to change her diaper in the dark, give her some milk, and put her straight back in the crib, and then I would go back to sleep.
 Now, she doesn't want anything to do with going back to the crib.  I think because she knows I am leaving.  This morning I had to wake Scotland up when it was time for me to get ready for work.  She was QUITE upset when I left.
 I hope she gets used to this soon.
It doesn't help either that we can't give her milk until Tuesday.  That would knock her out."

Susie wrote : "A couple of days ago, Scotland taught Tatiana how to blow her nose!  He was wiping her nose and demonstrated quickly blowing out through both nostrils.  And she did it!  She got out a bunch of snot and obviously felt better, because she did it several more times.  She doesn't understand the concept of wiping, so she shakes her head back and forth while her nose is in some fabric.  Sometimes I will be holding her and she leans forward and blows her nose on my shirt.  I guess that should be gross, but I am happy she is getting that icky stuff out of her.  We do keep a rag around."

"Scotland and Tatiana are going with Ty today.
 Ty is auditioning for a Car-based reality show.
Ty took his Riviera to a meeting of car nuts about a month ago.  Then a couple of months ago a car repair place that fixes fancy/old cars called Ty to say that this show was calling around looking for the "owner of the Riv"
They are going somewhere local
Apparently there are only a few shops local that work on those cars
 I think it is kind of neat that the show tracked him down
 They figure that with Tatiana to attract attention, Ty will have a better chance to get in.
 The house is a little chilly (72) so we put Tatiana in her Dallas Cowboys PJ's.
 They are really meant for the nuts that take their baby to see the game in cold weather.
 So it is made out of a thick fleece and there are these little flaps to cover the hands.
 I admit she did look really cute. "

"Tatiana is wonderful.
 I think we just rushed the full foods too soon.
She doesn't want to go for a walk though, so she definately isn't better yet.
When I get home she just wants me to hold her.  Because she is sick she wants to be held anyway, but when I first get home regardless of whether she is sick, she wants to be held.
 I just love it."

 I told her that Tatiana was sick. She asked if she had vomiting & diaherrhea? I said yes.
 Maria said that Catherine had had that virus too.Catherine was so scared when she started vomiting = like Tatiana was."

 The real way you can tell she is still sick is that she wants to be held all the time

 Bland foods.  She doesn't like infant rice

 I just skimmed the list, Scotland is in charge of that.

The doctor thinks it is a virus.”

Susie : "When Tatiana is drifting off to sleep near me, she will pick up my hand and place it on her belly."

Tatiana threw up again

Susie wrote :"Tatiana seemed like she was getting better, but then she threw up again in the middle of the night.  And this morning she was covered in poop.  Scotland is taking her to the doctor at 12:30 today.

 I talked to Terri last night.  Tatiana was playing in the backyard.  I was on the adult swing.  Scotland was sleeping.  Yesterday he felt like he was getting it.  So I was watching her."

Susie wrote:

"Tatiana is at the doctor's now.
 She is napping
The doctor sent us with a list of food to eat for the next 5 days."

Tatiana is feeling better

Susie wrote : "Tatiana is doing better, but she still cant have milk.  Scotland gave her 2 oz yesterday and it didn't stay down.  She ate really well, though.  She is such a happy child, we are so blessed.   Even sick, she is wonderful to be around.

The three of us went to the park yesterday evening.  She loved loved the swing there.  I don't think it is because the swing is better.  But she really enjoys being around happy kids.  She gets this big smile on her face.  Scotland said she really enjoyed the kiddie play area at the State Fair.  She was too small for the rides, but she liked the happy energy.  Normally at the park she prefers to wander around.  But yesterday, I don't think she felt up to it.
 She slept through the night last night.  I put a pillow in her crib for her to sleep on.

Susie wrote: "She wants to sleep on her tummy, but it hurts.  She bends her knees while on her belly, and she looks so cute!  When I left this morning she was in our bed sleeping tummy down on a pillow with her knees bent."

Tatiana is sick

Susie wrote: " Today she didn't throw up, but we stopped giving her milk.  She is living on Pediolyte.  She really wants milk, but we figured out it was hard on her tummy, and wasn't staying diown.  She has been asking for milk, and it is so hard to deny it.  Late last night I finally felt well enough to eat something and Tatiana saw a milk jug in the vegetable bin and got all excited.

Tatiana makes High Fives with Susie.
She giigles & will move Susie's hands to do again!

Tatiana called Gram & Grandpa

Tatiana called Gram & Grandpa today on Scotland's cell phone.
We pick it up & at first we hear nothing.
Then Susie hears us at her end.
It is so cute!
I'm sure that she just wanted to hear Gram sing! LOL!
We said "Hey" a few times.
Then I did sing to her.

Oh she made us a Happy Gram & Grandpa!

Tatiana loves making raspberry noises. It is SOOO cute!
